Sheikh Sultan pursued higher education in the United States, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy. Upon returning to the UAE, he engaged in several key roles that contributed to Sharjah’s development. Notably, he chaired the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority from 2006 to 2012, enhancing the emirate’s global profile. His involvement in energy infrastructure projects, such as leading the Sharjah National Oil Corporation and the Petroleum Council, underscored his commitment to sustainable development.

In 2017, Sheikh Sultan co-founded Arada with Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal. Under his chairmanship, Arada has become a significant player in the UAE’s real estate sector. The company’s flagship developments include Aljada and Masaar in Sharjah, which emphasize community living and environmental sustainability. Arada’s expansion into international markets, such as the United Kingdom and Australia, reflects Sheikh Sultan’s vision of creating integrated communities globally.
